Candidate Requirements

• Workshop Experience: Proven background and comfort operating in a workshop or laboratory environment.
• Machining Skills: Hands-on machining and fabrication experience.
• R&D Mindset: Genuine interest in working on prototypes, new product developments, and solving technical hurdles.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to safety and quality standards.
• Language Skills: Minimum B1 Level English proficiency.
