Role Overview

At Hey Martina, we’re creating fashion for the woman she is becoming — and we’re looking for a creative mind to be part of that journey.

If you’re passionate about fashion, silhouettes, fabrics, colours, and turning ideas into beautiful, commercially relevant products, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Create new designs, silhouettes, and concept boards.
• Develop seasonal collections through trend research and inspiration.
• Prepare sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs.
• Work on fabrics, prints, colours, and trims.
• Develop design variations and styling options.
• Coordinate closely with Sampling, Merchandising, and Production teams.
• Stay updated with global and Indian fashion trends.
• Support the Head Designer in overall collection development.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in women’s fashion design.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, textiles, and silhouettes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
• Good fashion sketching and technical drawing skills.
• Strong sense of colour, styling, and detail.
• Creative, organized, and commercially aware mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fashion, D2C, or premium lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
