Jain Amar Clothing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-driven Fashion Designer for its signature brand, Camla, based in Ludhiana. The role involves translating fashion trends into commercially successful apparel collections, taking full ownership of concept-to-sample development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative designs, seasonal concepts, and overarching collection stories.
• Create detailed mood boards, color palettes, technical sketches, and CAD presentations.
• Select fabrics, trims, colors, and silhouettes aligned with collection direction.
• Coordinate closely with pattern masters and sampling teams for new development execution.
• Review product samples, providing precise feedback on fit, garment construction, finishing, and detailing.
• Conduct continuous trend research to translate global fashion movements into market-ready designs.
• Maintain design sheets, sample logs, and strict development timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong aesthetic intuition, design sense, and deep fashion industry understanding.
• Solid technical expertise in garment construction and specs.
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and inter-departmental skills.
