📌 Open Positions
1. Fabric Sourcing Manager
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Responsibilities: Lead fabric sourcing, supplier development, negotiations and ensure quality, cost and timely delivery.
- Requirements: Strong knowledge of woven & knitted fabrics; Vendor management & costing; Experience in apparel export industry; Knowledge of buyer compliance & Inditex standards (preferred).
2. Fabric Sourcing Executive
- Experience: 1-3 Years
- Responsibilities: Coordinate fabric sourcing, quotations, sampling, follow-ups and maintain sourcing trackers.
- Requirements: Knowledge of fabric types & compositions; Good Excel, coordination & communication skills; Apparel export house experience preferred.
3. Trims Sourcing Manager
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end sourcing of trims & accessories, coordinate suppliers, ensure quality, cost and delivery.
- Requirements: Strong experience in trims sourcing & procurement; BOMs, trims cards & costing knowledge; Supplier management & negotiation skills; Inditex/buyer experience preferred.
4. Senior Fashion Designer (Women & Kids)
- Experience: 8-10 Years
- Responsibilities: Create trend-driven, commercially viable designs for women’s and kids’ wear collections.
- Requirements: NIIFT background is mandatory; Currently working on Zara brand collections; Strong design, trend and product development skills.
5. HR & Compliance Head/Manager
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Responsibilities: Lead HR operations, statutory compliance and buyer audits with a strong focus on Inditex audit experience.
- Requirements: Strong knowledge of Inditex/Zara audit requirements; Experience in social compliance & CAP closure; Labour laws, EPF, ESIC and statutory compliance; Recruitment, employee relations & HR operations.
6. Sr. Merchandiser
- Overview: Join our expanding leadership team to drive growth in apparel exports.
