Job Overview

KIDBEA® is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Merchandising Intern to join their team in Noida. This full-time internship is ideal for fashion, apparel, or textile graduates and freshers looking to build hands-on experience in fashion merchandising and end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day merchandising activities and style tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples, costing, production, and deliveries.
• Maintain TNA, order trackers, and production status updates.
• Follow up on samples, fit comments, approvals, and revisions.
• Coordinate closely with Design, QC, Production, Accounts, and Warehouse teams.
• Assist in tracking fabrics, trims, labels, and packaging materials.
• Maintain POs, quantities, costing sheets, and vendor records.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets, MIS, and operational reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending development activities.
• Support lead merchandisers in end-to-end product development and production coordination.

Requirements & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel, Textile, or a related field.
• Freshers and immediate joiners are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in fashion, apparel, and product development processes.
• Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
