1. Sampling Supervisor

Oversee the sampling process ensuring fit, quality, and timely development.

• Experience: 3–7 years in garment sampling (knits preferred).
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology or relevant field.
• Key Skills: Garment construction, fit, finishing, and leadership.

2. QA Manager

Ensure product quality standards, manage the QA team, and implement quality audits across fabric, stitching, measurement, and packing.

• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in garment QA.
• Education: Graduation in Textile / Garment Technology or relevant field.
• Key Skills: Knowledge of AQL, buyer specifications, quality systems, and team management.

3. Merchant

Handle buyer communication, order planning, costing, follow-ups, and overall order management from production to shipping.

• Experience: 3–8 years in garment merchandising (knits preferred).
• Education: Graduation in Textile / Fashion / Business Management (preferred).
• Key Skills: Communication, negotiation, knowledge of buyer requirements, and export procedures.
