Junior Garment Merchandiser Job – Noida Sector 57

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchandising workflows from product development through to final shipment.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Buyers, Suppliers, Production, Sampling, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Follow up on sample approvals, lab dips, fabrics, trims, and garment accessories.
• Prepare, maintain, and execute T&A (Time & Action) calendars to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle garment costing, PO creation, Bill of Materials (BOM), and order tracking.
• Ensure buyer standards, comments, and quality guidelines are properly communicated and met.
• Maintain daily and weekly order status updates and detailed merchandising reports.
• Support the Senior Merchandiser in managing key buyer accounts and order execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in a Garment / Textile Export House.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of garment production, merchandising, T&A, and BOM handling.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and professional email correspondence.
• Preference: Male candidate preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and team coordination capabilities.
