Apex Holdings is looking for a seasoned and high-performing Manager – Dyeing (Cotton) to lead end-to-end cotton dyeing operations at their Gazipur plant. The ideal candidate will oversee production targets, quality compliance, process optimization, and team development.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cotton dyeing operations to consistently achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Optimize dyeing recipes, process parameters, and machine settings for right-first-time shade matching.
• Monitor bulk dyeing performance, minimize re-dyeing, and reduce shade variation and process losses.
• Ensure strict compliance with buyer requirements, color fastness standards, and laboratory approvals prior to bulk production.
• Improve chemical, dye, water, steam, and energy utilization to effectively lower production costs.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Lab, Finishing, Quality, and Maintenance teams for a seamless production flow.
• Analyze quality and production data to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain adherence to safety, environmental, and chemical management standards while building team capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably in Wet Processing Technology) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in textile dyeing, including proven managerial experience in cotton knit fabric dyeing.
