Role Overview
Shahi Knits Pvt Ltd is looking for a senior, result-oriented professional to lead their textile processing operations as Sr. General Manager – Textile Dyeing / Processing at their state-of-the-art facility in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
- Lead end-to-end unit operations for knit fabric dyeing, finishing, and processing lines.
- Drive operational excellence, productivity optimization, and cost-efficient processing workflows.
- Ensure strict compliance with international quality, chemical, and environmental sustainability standards.
- Champion team leadership, employee safety, and continuous process improvements across departments.
- Implement modern processing techniques to achieve right-first-time dyeing and minimal reprocess ratios.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, or B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry.
- Experience: 20 to 25 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale textile dyeing and processing operations.
