🎯 Key Requirements
- Mechanical engineering background with relevant manufacturing industry experience.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a procurement team as department head.
- Deep hands-on experience in sourcing Raw Materials (RM), Bought-Out Parts (BOP), Made-Out, and Bought-Out items.
- Extensive background in new product development & procurement.
- Strong negotiation tactics and proven cost reduction techniques.
- Overall management of the Purchase SCM department with direct reportees.
