Role Overview

Giza Spinning and Weaving Company is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Dyeing and Finishing Manager to lead and optimize plant production operations. The ideal candidate will oversee technical processes, improve efficiency, and lead teams across various fabric classifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily dyeing and finishing plant operations to meet production targets, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee recipe management and process controls to minimize re-dyeing rates, waste, and chemical consumption.
• Optimize plant equipment performance, collaborate on preventive maintenance plans, and drive continuous operational improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate engineers, technicians, and operators to build a high-performing production environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience: 8 to 10+ years of experience in textile dyeing and finishing, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cotton, synthetic fabrics, blends, dyestuffs, and finishing chemicals.
• Skills: Proven leadership, problem-solving, and operational management capabilities.
