About the Role

A rapidly growing saree brand is looking for a hands-on Senior Operations Leader in Delhi NCR. This is an end-to-end operational leadership position where you will oversee the entire pipeline — from working with weavers and artisans to running showroom operations, managing website sales, and executing new collection launches.

Key Operational Responsibilities

• Showroom Operations: Lead day-to-day retail floor activities and customer experience.
• Online & E-commerce: Manage website operations, order processing, and online stock fulfillment.
• Vendor & Artisan Management: Direct engagement with weavers, artisans, and supply chain vendors.
• Inventory & Quality Control: Ensure fabric quality standards, identify weaves, and maintain lean inventory.
• Product Launches: Drive operational execution for new saree collections from production to retail delivery.
