Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver a warm, professional showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home furnishing solutions.
- Assist customers throughout the buying journey to build long-term relationships.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
