Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate BOM preparation, material verification, and timely customer approvals.
- Handle customer claims, financial adjustments, and related documentation.
- Ensure complete order handover with approved samples, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Manage customer communication, internal coordination, and timely order execution.
- Ensure T&A adherence, ERP data accuracy, and audit documentation.
