Pee Gee Fabrics Group is one of India’s leading brands in textile manufacturing, specializing in Suiting, Shirting, and Digital Print Fabrics. The manufacturing facility at Naroda, Ahmedabad, operates a robust setup of 100 looms running majorly polyester and minor cotton blends.
Key Requirements & Skillsets
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a weaving unit focusing on suiting and shirting fabric manufacturing.
- Technical mastery over Jaga, Somet, Jacquard, and Itema looms.
- Proven track record in shop-floor shift & team management.
- Strong exposure to loom-wise production planning and generating production MIS reports.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and optimize weaving production across 100 looms.
- Maintain high fabric quality, minimize downtime, and resolve machinery/loom efficiency bottlenecks.
- Oversee shift workers, ensure safety guidelines, and streamline shift handovers.
- Coordinate with maintenance and planning teams for smooth loom operations and target achievement.
Work Location: Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
