Sourcing Merchandiser – Men’s Wear (T-Shirts | Shirts | Bottoms)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage vendor and supplier relationships.
• Source fabrics, trims, and finished garments efficiently.
• Handle product costing, price negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate sample development, submissions, and customer/buyer approvals.
• Manage production planning, order tracking, and ensure timely shipment deliveries.
• Conduct regular vendor follow-ups and maintain strict quality control standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of men’s wear and garment manufacturing processes.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, costs, and production timelines independently.
• Mandatory Language Requirement: Fluency in all four languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil.
