About the Role

We are looking for a enthusiastic Junior Designer to support the design and execution of FOB orders. Based at our factory location in Dombivli, this role involves working closely with senior design professionals, production teams, and manufacturing units to effectively translate design requirements into finished garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with design development and adaptation for FOB orders.
• Support senior designers in developing and modifying artworks as required.
• Adapt designs for different garment styles, fabrics, and production requirements.
• Assist with prints, embroidery, surface applications, and other design executions.
• Coordinate closely with the factory and production team for design execution.
• Follow up on samples, corrections, and design modifications promptly.
• Assist in resolving design- and production-related issues on the floor.
• Ensure design details, placements, and technical specifications are communicated accurately.
• Maintain organized design files, artworks, and sample references.
• Work closely with senior designers to ensure timely execution of FOB orders.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in fashion, apparel, or garment design.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of garment construction, prints, embroidery, surface applications, and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Mindset: Strong visual and creative sense with a passion for product development.
• Communication: Good interpersonal skills to coordinate smoothly between design and factory teams.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented factory setting.
• Preferred: Candidates with hands-on factory exposure will be given preference.
