Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large creative design teams to execute design concepts seamlessly.
• Drive end-to-end design creativity while maintaining strict alignment with brand identity.
• Manage design workflows and ensure timely delivery of seasonal Kidswear collections.
• Combine market trend awareness with technical execution and innovative sketching.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional design experience.
• Proven track record in managing and leading large design teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for digital sketching and rendering.
• Knowledge of CLO 3D is an added advantage (not mandatory).
