Epic Group Hiring – Management Trainees

We are looking for 4 Management Trainees (MTs) to join our TGIPL merchandising Team:

Job Description

• Support F&T management for international buyers such as UNIQLO
• Handle fabric and trims projection, booking and delivery follow-up
• Coordinate with suppliers for material development, approvals and bulk delivery
• Support BOM preparation and material status tracking
• Assist with costing, FCBD, PO, PI and LC follow-up
• Monitor sample development and production timelines
• Coordinate with PPC, production and other internal departments
• Maintain merchandising reports, trackers and stock-reconciliation records
• Support buyer requirements and daily merchandising activities

Candidate Requirements

Preferred: 0–1 year experience in garment merchandising, production planning, fabric/trims or supplier coordination.

Skills: Strong communication & MS Excel skills required.
