Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Excom Fashions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pattern Master / Pattern Maker for its woven garment manufacturing facility in Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka. The position requires strong technical proficiency in pattern generation, CAD systems, fitting precision, and garment construction.
- Pattern Development & Technical Design: Translate buyer tech packs, sketches, and measurement sheets into accurate base patterns.
- CAD Pattern Making: Utilize CAD pattern systems (Lectra, Gerber, or equivalent) to design, modify, and digitize woven garment patterns.
- Fitting & Grading: Perform precise pattern grading across size sets and resolve fitting issues during sampling and trial runs.
- Garment Construction & Consumption: Analyze fabric consumption, marker efficiency, and technical construction details for production execution.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with sample room technicians, CAD operators, sewing supervisors, and technical managers.
Candidate Profile & Technical Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience as a Senior Pattern Master / Pattern Maker in export-oriented woven garment manufacturing.
- In-depth technical mastery of CAD pattern systems such as Lectra, Gerber, or Optitex.
- Strong expertise in woven garment construction, shrinkage adjustment, spec interpretation, and fitting correction.
- Ability to handle complex buyer requirements and high-precision pattern grading.
- Based in or able to commute to Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka.
