Role Overview

Vamani Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager – Garments to lead technical operations across development and bulk production phases. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical domain knowledge in garment construction, fitment, and buyer coordination.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Garment Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Garment Construction, Fit & Measurements across Woven & Knit Garments.
• Documentation & Tech Specs: In-depth knowledge of Tech Packs, BOM (Bill of Materials), POM (Points of Measure), and Grading.
• International Buyer Handling: Proven experience working with major US, UK, and European Buyers.
• Sector Experience: Prior experience in Export Houses or Buying Houses preferred.
• Leadership: Strong team management, technical decision-making, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Execution: Capability to resolve complex technical issues from initial development through to bulk production.
