⚙️ Continuous Dyeing Operations
Manage continuous dyeing processes in textile processing operations, ensuring consistent shade matching, colour fastness, production quality and efficient machine performance.
🔬 Process Management
Handle CPB (Cold Pad Batch), Pad-Dry, Pad-Steam, E-Control and continuous pretreatment processes.
🧪 Chemical & Recipe Management
Manage dyeing auxiliaries, chemical preparation, recipe development and process parameters to support consistent production outcomes.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Diploma or B.Tech qualification in Textiles.
- 5–8 years of relevant textile dyeing experience.
- Knowledge of continuous dyeing and textile processing operations.
- Understanding of shade matching, colour fastness and production quality.
- Experience with dyeing chemicals, recipe development and process control.
