Around Always is a premium handcrafted footwear and accessories brand focused on bridal, festive, and occasion wear. Operating with in-house design, embroidery, and manufacturing units, the brand creates made-to-order, comfort-first footwear for brides and grooms across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design New Collection: Assist in designing across all brand product lines.
• Quality Control: Maintain consistent embroidery quality across production batches and systematically reduce rework rates.
• Sampling Coordination: Collaborate with product teams to transition design samples into production-ready embroidery.
• Raw Material Procurement: Manage and procure thread, embellishment, and base fabric inventory for embroidery as required.
• Timeline Management: Monitor production turnaround times (TATs) to ensure on-time embroidery delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify production bottlenecks and implement workflow enhancements.
• Documentation: Keep thorough logs of sampling, production cycles, and reworks.

Candidate Requirements

• 1+ years of embroidery production experience in fashion or accessories (small to mid-sized setups preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in hand and/or machine embroidery with a sharp eye for quality detail.
• Strong team coordination and vendor management capabilities.
• Solid grasp of design interpretation and fabric behavior.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, quality-obsessed startup culture.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with bridal or occasion-wear embroidery.
• Knowledge of Zardozi, Aari, or beadwork techniques.
