Junior Merchandiser – D2C Apparel

Key Responsibilities

• Product development and end-to-end merchandising for assigned apparel categories.
• Coordinate samples, fits, lab approvals, and production follow-ups.
• Manage style-wise costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and order details.
• Follow up with garment factories and vendors to guarantee on-time execution.
• Maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars and strictly monitor critical path timelines.
• Coordinate with design and sourcing teams for fabrics, trims, and structural developments.
• Support Myntra and Amazon requirements for product launches and seasonal range planning.
• Maintain style-wise merchandising MIS reports, trackers, and data records.
• Monitor inventory, sell-through metrics, and replenishment demands.
• Collaborate smoothly with internal D2C, warehouse, and marketplace account teams.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in apparel merchandising.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, sampling, and production workflows.
• Communication: Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Software Skills: Highly proficient with MS Excel and merchandising tracking tools.
• Marketplace Advantage: Prior exposure to Myntra, Amazon, or other top fashion e-commerce platforms is a huge plus.
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced D2C growth environment.
