Role Overview
Haren Performance Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a technically strong and proactive professional to join our Product Development & Business Operations team. The position plays a critical role in handling end-to-end fabric development, production planning, technical merchandising, and driving expansion in Defence Textiles and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fabric development and production execution.
- Manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) for seamless manufacturing workflow.
- Execute technical merchandising duties and coordinate closely with clients and internal teams.
- Drive business development and product execution for Defence Textiles and technical fabrics.
- Ensure high quality standards across fabric construction, weaving, dyeing, and finishing stages.
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred Advantage: Prior experience in Defence Textiles, technical textiles, or high-performance fabrics.
- In-depth technical knowledge of fabric construction, weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes.
- Strong background in product development (PDP) and production planning.
- Excellent customer coordination and client-facing communication skills.
