Role Overview

Dekko ISHO Group is inviting applications from dynamic and goal-oriented professionals for the position of Assistant Manager – Merchandising (Woven). This role will function as a Team Leader within the merchandising division, managing end-to-end woven product execution, team strategy, buyer communication, and operational leadership.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Educational Background: BSc in Textile Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Industry Experience: 8 to 10 years of extensive hands-on experience in Woven Merchandising.
• Leadership: Proven capacity to serve as a Team Leader, steering merchandising personnel toward targets.
• Strategic Execution: In-depth knowledge of woven apparel costing, sourcing, order execution, and buyer relations.
• Location Capability: Positioned full-time at the Corporate Office in Dhaka.
