Job Overview
Choksi Sales is inviting applications for an experienced and results-driven Yarn Dyeing Assistant Master in Surat. The candidate will support day-to-day yarn dyeing operations, quality assurance, batch execution, and recipe management in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Dyeing Master in supervising daily yarn dyeing operations and shift management.
- Ensure accurate shade matching, chemical batch formulations, and recipe adjustments.
- Monitor production processes to minimize re-dyeing rates and maintain high quality standards.
- Coordinate with floor workers and technical staff to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance.
- Maintain production records, chemical consumption logs, and output reports.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience in yarn dyeing operations and textile processing.
- Strong understanding of dyes, chemicals, temperature control, and shade matching.
- Good shop-floor supervisory skills and problem-solving ability.
- Based in or open to relocating to Surat, Gujarat.
