Vmarsh Tex is looking for an experienced Dyeing Production Professional with hands-on expertise in package dyeing operations to join their facility in Ludhiana.

📋 Role Requirements & Eligibility

• Qualifications: B.Tech / Diploma in Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing, OR M.Sc. Chemistry.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Package Dyeing (Yarn Dyeing).
• Preference will be given to candidates from yarn dyeing manufacturing industries.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in operating and managing HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) Package Dyeing Machines.

⚙️ Key Technical Competencies

• Man & Machine Management in yarn dyeing environments.
• Dyed lot correction on the basis of color difference values.
• Process control in polyester dyeing operations.
• RFT (Right First Time) improvement & rejection control.
• Understanding of soft processes such as 5S, Quality Circle, TPM, etc.
