PD & Asst. Merchandiser

Experience

2 to 5 Years

Experience: 4–5 Years

Manage product development end-to-end from initial concept to final sample submission.
Handle cross-functional coordination with buyers, design, and manufacturing teams.
Develop and maintain accurate samples, specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and product costing.
Ensure timely development, submission, and tracking of buyer samples.
Deep experience in Home Textiles, Bedding, Cushions & Quilted Products.
Strong knowledge of fabric constructions, sampling workflows, and cost estimation.

Openings: 2 Positions | Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Assist lead merchandisers in product development and sampling activities.
Coordinate directly with buyers and internal operational teams for smooth order execution.
Follow up on sampling progress, lab dips, strike-offs, and client approvals.
Prepare product costing sheets, specifications, and BOMs.
Maintain detailed development records and track Time & Action (T&A) calendars.
Solid knowledge of home textile products and fabric categories.

🎓 Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology / Fashion Technology is preferred for both positions.
