✦ What You’ll Lead

  • Define and drive Hey Martina’s overall creative and design vision.
  • Lead seasonal collections end-to-end, from initial concept to final production.
  • Develop a distinctive, consistent brand design language for the modern Indian woman.
  • Translate global fashion trends into commercially viable, high-performing collections.
  • Lead, mentor, and foster growth within the creative design team.
  • Review and approve silhouettes, fabrics, colors, prints, and trims.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Production, Sourcing, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain an optimal balance between creativity, quality, and commercial execution.
  • Establish design standards, workflow processes, and seasonal calendars.

👤 Candidate Requirements

  • Strong design experience in Women’s Apparel (Western, Office, or Active Wear).
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing design teams.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, textiles, silhouettes, and garment construction.
  • Strong commercial understanding of the Indian fashion and retail market.
  • End-to-end execution capabilities from concept through production.
  • Excellent creative judgment, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred: Prior experience with D2C, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
