📋 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising activities from order receipt to shipment.
- Coordinate seamlessly with buyers and internal production teams.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, production progress, and final delivery.
- Monitor order execution and ensure strict adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Sourcing departments.
- Maintain accurate order status, Time & Action (T&A) calendars, and status reports.
- Resolve day-to-day execution challenges proactively.
- Manage costing and bulk order procedures effectively.
👤 Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in Garment / Textile Merchandising.
- Strong functional knowledge of order execution and production follow-up.
- Excellent communication and inter-departmental coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Solid understanding of core garment manufacturing processes.
- Tiruppur industry experience preferred.
