Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Design Development: Develop innovative knitwear designs aligned with current market trends and specific customer requirements.
• Creative Documentation: Create comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and detailed technical specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely alongside merchandising, sampling, and production teams to execute ideas efficiently.
• R&D & Market Research: Research global fashion trends, yarn developments, and novel knit structures.
• Production Alignment: Ensure all design deliverables strictly meet quality, costing, and manufacturing requirements.

Key Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Knitwear Design within the apparel or textile industry.
• In-depth technical knowledge of knit structures, yarn varieties, garment construction, and fashion trends.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD software.
• Creative mindset paired with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
