Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare professional case studies and investigation reports based on customer feedback and findings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and transform it into clear, concise content for senior management review.
• Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and provide insightful observations to management to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, and management updates for customer visits and review meetings.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
• Lead new process implementation and continuous improvement programs.

Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the quality assurance field.
• Graduation from a reputed university.
• Proven experience in executing root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of QMS, constructing process flow charts, SOPs, and standard formats.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools.
