We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Merchandiser to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will take charge of merchandising operations, manage end-to-end client orders, and lead team members to achieve delivery benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, support, and guide the merchandising team in day-to-day operations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with clients, production units, sourcing teams, and internal departments.
• Order Lifecycle Management: Manage order execution from sample development to final shipment delivery.
• Follow-Ups & Approvals: Track samples, trim/fabric approvals, raw material flow, and production schedules.
• Client Relationship: Handle client requirements, resolve operational issues, and provide structured updates.
• Reporting & Trackers: Maintain comprehensive order trackers, merchandising documentation, and status reports.

Key Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Apparel, Garment, or Textile Merchandising.
• Prior background as a Senior Merchandiser / Team Lead is highly preferred.
• Solid technical understanding of apparel product construction and manufacturing workflows.
• Hands-on expertise in garment costing, sampling procedures, and production follow-up.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and coordination capabilities.
• Prior exposure to B2B, Institutional, or School Uniform apparel business is an added advantage.
