🎓 Qualifications Required
- Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience in Quality Management.
- Experience in textiles, elastic tape, narrow fabric, or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), customer quality, audits, certifications, and compliance.
- Proven leadership experience managing QA/QC and laboratory teams.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Quality Leadership
Lead Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and laboratory operations across the organization.
📋 QMS & ISO 9001
Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 standards.
🔍 Customer Quality
Handle customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and 8D reports.
🏆 Audits & Compliance
Manage customer audits, certifications, and quality compliance requirements.
📊 Quality Performance
Monitor quality KPIs and reduce rejection rates, scrap, rework, and overall quality costs.
🧪 Testing & Development
Oversee chemical compliance, RSL/MRSL requirements, laboratory testing, team development, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of textile quality standards, elastic tape, and narrow fabric manufacturing.
- Expertise in QMS, ISO 9001, customer audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives and laboratory operations.
- A continuous-improvement mindset focused on defect prevention and manufacturing excellence.
