📋 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage suppliers and manufacturers.
• Source fabrics, trims, and finished garments.
• Handle costing, price negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate sample development, submissions, and approvals.
• Follow up on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate quality control and ensure products meet approved specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in apparel sourcing and merchandising.
• Experience with jackets, polos, joggers, and trousers is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, costs, and deadlines independently.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory.
