🎓 Education & Experience

• B.Tech – Textile OR Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design from NID or NIFT.
• More than 14+ years of relevant experience.

⚙️ Requirement of Job

• Build a structured pipeline for new yarn types, blends, shades, and finishes.
• Own the end-to-end NPD pipeline: concept → trial → sample → customer approval → commercial production handoff to PPC.
• Work with Sales/Merchandising to translate customer and market trend inputs into a prioritized development roadmap.
• Drive innovation specifically in blends (wool/synthetic/speciality fibres), Fancy Machine constructions, and Finishing techniques.
• Reduce time-to-sample and time-to-commercialisation through a formal stage-gate development process.
• Maintain a product data library and partner with PPC to ensure new products are planned into the schedule.
• Act as the single point of coordination for sampling and development across various stakeholders.
• Own customer-specific compliance and reporting requirements for key export accounts.
