Hiring Deputy Head of Operations for Textile & Garment Manufacturing

Key Requirements & Must-Haves

• 13–18 years of extensive experience in textile/garment manufacturing & operations.
• Proven capability in end-to-end garment production — from order confirmation to dispatch.
• Strong experience managing outsourced production, job-work, and vendors.
• Expertise in production planning, capacity management, materials, quality control, WIP, and delivery timelines.
• Strong background in production costing, inventory management, and rework & rejection management.
• Excellent Excel & operational MIS skills.
• Education: Degree or Master’s in Textile Engineering, Technology, or Garment Manufacturing.
• Language: Fluent in both Hindi & English.
