Can you turn a lingerie concept into a factory-ready product? If yes, this is YOUR opportunity!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Tech Pack Development: Create complete, factory-ready tech packs for bras, panties, shapewear, etc.
- Technical Design: Develop flat sketches, construction details, and stitching specs.
- Measurements & Grading: Prepare measurement charts, POMs, size specs, and fit tolerances.
- Fabrics & Components: Specify fabrics, cups, elastics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Sample Development & Manufacturer Coordination: Evaluate fit issues and ensure production readiness.
The Professional We Need:
- Hands-on experience in bra construction and lingerie technical design (General fashion design experience is not sufficient).
- Strong knowledge of intimate apparel sizing, garment grading, and stretch fabrics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and technical design tools.
- Relevant qualification in Fashion/Apparel Technology or Garment Manufacturing preferred.
