PPC Executive Jobs in Surat – Mittal Group Weaving

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage weaving production according to order requirements and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the weaving department regarding machine availability, manpower, and target outputs.
• Prepare daily and weekly production schedules while continuously tracking progress.
• Monitor fabric quality, ensure high machine efficiency, and actively minimize downtime.
• Follow up on yarn, grey material, accessories, and necessary inputs for smooth plant operations.
• Coordinate with connected departments (dyeing, finishing, dispatch) for timely order completion.
• Maintain comprehensive production records and produce detailed MIS reports.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency across manufacturing processes.

👤 Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Production Planning, preferably in weaving.
• Strong knowledge of weaving processes, machine settings, and specifications.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and operational ERP software.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with Airjet & Waterjet weaving machines.
• In-depth understanding of loom settings, fabric defects, and target management.
• Familiarity with inventory handling and material planning strategies.
