Your Responsibilities

• Assuming technical responsibility for textile solutions – from feasibility assessment and sampling to successful series application.
• Jointly defining the optimal product design with customers, considering performance, process requirements, costs, and benefits.
• Ensuring the technical functionality of products in customer processes and defining suitable process parameters for reliable series production.
• Evaluating development potential, deriving product improvements, and introducing new requirements into product development.
• Supporting technical specifications and coordinating technical cooperation with Sales, R&D, Production, Quality, and international customers.
• Assisting with customer complaints, root-cause analyses, and the development of sustainable technical solutions.
• Monitoring market and technology trends in the automotive sector and continuously expanding expertise through participation in trade fairs and conferences.

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree (e.g., Textile Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification (e.g., certified technician).
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive environment, ideally in fiber composite, textile, or adhesive technology.
• Experience in technical customer support and project management for demanding development or series production projects.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen alongside knowledge of modern manufacturing processes.
• Analytical, structured, and self-reliant working style.
• Fluent communication in German and English, as well as a willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
