About the Role

Florida Dress Your Home is looking for a creative and commercially oriented Textile Designer to join their Product Development and Design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative textile designs and prints across bedsheets, blankets, comforters, and other home-furnishing products, while ensuring designs are aligned with market trends, customer preferences, and company specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative, market-trending print designs and patterns for bedsheets, blankets, comforters, and home furnishings.
• Create digital artwork, color combinations, and precise design repeat developments for production.
• Collaborate with the Product Development, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to bring concepts to commercial realization.
• Understand fabric characteristics and adapt design applications for home textile product ranges.

Requirements & Selection Process

• 4 to 10 years of proven expertise in print design, digital artwork, and home furnishing textiles.
• Educational background from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or other premier design institutes preferred.
• Strong command of color theory, pattern repeat development, and design commercialization.
• Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates must visit the office in Patel Nagar, New Delhi to participate in a hands-on design test.
