Key Responsibilities
- Drive Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, OEE & Visual Management across shop-floor operations.
- Identify and eliminate process waste to enhance production workflow.
- Conduct Time Study and comprehensive process improvement projects.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why analysis, and practical problem-solving.
- Improve overall plant productivity, efficiency, and operational process flow.
- Monitor OEE performance metrics continuously.
- Prepare detailed MIS reports, Excel analytics, and management documentation.
