We are looking for an accomplished and result-oriented AVP – Operations to take complete ownership of the Jindal Fibres Private Limited manufacturing unit in Dharmapuri. Drive operational excellence, profitability, and business growth in this premier leadership role.

Managing Director / Directors
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of the plant and all functions including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR, Purchase Coordination, Dispatch & Administration.
- Complete ownership of P&L, profitability, EBITDA, cost control, and financial performance.
- Ensure optimum production, capacity utilisation, and strict control on all types of wastages.
- Develop new business, acquire new customers, and strengthen OEM relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Plant Head and departmental teams for high performance.
