Job Overview
We are looking for talented and experienced Textile Professionals to join our Fabric Processing Mill in Cuddalore. Multiple vacancies are available across Merchandising and Product Development.
📌 Open Positions
1. Sr. Merchandiser
- Vacancies: 3 Positions
- Salary: Up to 35,000 – 40,000 INR
- Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Textiles
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in textile processing / fabric merchandising
- Key Requirements: Strong customer & production coordination skills; good understanding of fabric processing, quality & delivery timelines.
2. Jr. Merchandiser
- Vacancies: 3 Positions
- Salary: Up to 25,000 – 30,000 INR
- Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Textiles
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant textile experience
- Key Requirements: Good coordination and follow-up skills; understanding of textile processes, quality & production.
3. PD Associate / Executive
- Vacancies: 1 Position
- Salary: Up to 25,000 – 30,000 INR
- Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Textiles
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Key Requirements: Knowledge of product development / fabric development; good analytical, coordination & follow-up skills.
What We’re Looking For
- ✅ Industry Background: Textile industry background is mandatory/preferred.
- ✅ Communication: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. English communication is mandatory. Tamil & Hindi will be an added advantage.
- ✅ Technical Skills: Good MS Office & documentation skills.
- ✅ Soft Skills: Ability to coordinate with customers, production, quality, and internal teams. Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- ✅ Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
