About the Role & Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser who can independently manage customer orders and coordinate plant/production activities to ensure timely production, quality, and dispatch in the elastic tape & narrow fabric domain.

• Order Lifecycle Management: Manage orders from confirmation through sampling to final dispatch.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Production Planning & Tracking: Monitor order progress, track production schedules, and resolve plant delays or quality issues proactively.
• Client Servicing: Handle customer requirements, manage sampling approvals, and communicate delivery timelines effectively.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate MIS reports and order status tracking sheets in MS Excel for management updates.
