We are looking to strengthen our team with a skilled Merchandiser to join the Compass Tex Buying Office. Take charge of end-to-end order management and work independently with top international buyers!

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Handling international buyers (EU/US/UK) independently.
- End-to-end order management: from enquiry to shipment.
- Product development, sourcing, costing & price negotiation.
- Sampling, lab dips, approvals & pre-production follow-up.
- Strong knowledge of knitted fabrics and garment construction.
- Managing smaller order quantities, multiple styles & tight timelines.
- Coordination with vendors, factories & internal QA team.
- Vendor management & handling smaller manufacturing units.
- Excellent communication, T&A management & MIS reporting.
