Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Governance: Establish, manage, and enforce overall Quality System frameworks across manufacturing operations.
• Audits & Compliance: Lead and oversee buyer audits, social compliance, and technical quality standards.
• Inspection & Defect Control: Supervise comprehensive garment inspections, implement defect management protocols, and execute root-cause corrective actions.
• Leadership & Capability Building: Provide strategic leadership, train quality teams, and enhance organizational quality capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong background and proven experience specifically in the Woven Garment Industry.
• In-depth expertise in quality governance, buyer standards, and international compliance audits.
