ITL is a UK-based multinational global provider of apparel label solutions, supporting clothing brands, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide with a comprehensive range of products and services aimed at optimizing brand identity and supply chain performance.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product development and sampling process based on brand requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Global Teams to analyze customer requirements and select suitable materials and production processes.
- Coordinate across Design, Operations, Planning, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Monitor sample lead times, product quality, feasibility, and costing structures (tender costing, target-price analysis, pricing reviews).
- Drive cost optimization through material re-engineering, process migration, and value-engineering.
- Oversee sample submissions, approvals, item setups, trim cards, and first-bulk sample verifications.
- Work directly with factory teams to evaluate machine capabilities, trial production, and First-Time-Right development.
- Track PD KPIs, sustainable solutions, embellishments, and drive 5S continuous improvement initiatives.
📋 Requirements & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Product Development, Trims, Labeling, Printing, Packaging, or Garment Accessories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Strong expertise in costing, pricing, and process optimization.
- Proven analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
- Solid grasp of material consumption, production workflows, and value engineering.
