Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Excom Fashions Ltd. is seeking a strategic, persuasive, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead buyer-facing commercial initiatives and scale the company’s global export footprint across international apparel markets.
- Buyer Acquisition: Identify, pitch to, and acquire high-value branded buyers across major export regions including Europe, UK, USA, and Australia.
- Factory Representation: Present Excom’s manufacturing capabilities at international sourcing events, trade shows, and high-level buyer meetings.
- Order & Price Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, order volumes, and delivery timelines with a strategic, win-win approach.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth sample delivery and order execution.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and expand long-term buyer accounts through proactive, value-driven communication and tailored customer support.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Textile Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, merchandising, or buyer relations within the RMG / apparel export sector.
- Proven track record of onboarding and managing international buyers, retailers, or buying houses.
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal) and exceptional negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of woven garment manufacturing, factory operational capabilities, and export procedures.
- An established network in global sourcing markets (USA, UK, Europe, Australia) is a distinct advantage.
